Description
Winemaker´s notes:
Bright lemon colour with green hues. Citric-driven nose with notes of white flowers. Rich palate of juicy pear flavours that lead into herbal notes and oak-characteristic flavours such as nuts and brioche. Medium bodied and well structured with high acidity and persistent finish.
Service:
Serve at 8-10ºC. Thanks to its aromatic intensity, Garnacha Blanca pairs with a wide variety of foods like fish dishes, salads and rices. It goes specially well with soft creamy cheeses like Camembert and nutty cheeses such as Gruyère.
