COLOUR: Green, pale yellow. BOUQUET: Citrus, lime, white pear and grapefruit flavours on the nose. TASTE: The palate is rich and well-rounded with fresh acidity

The grapes are picked by hand in the early morning. Grapes are destemmed and skin contact for two hours is given. Only free run juice is selected and settled overnight. Great care is taken to only use clean juice for the fermentation to ensure fruit purity. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tank with the addition of Organic certified yeast. After fermentation, the wine is stored on the lees for two months before bottling
