Marlborough Ridge Sauvignon Blanc 2024

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine has fresh citrus, grapefruit with hints of tropical fruit, all delivered with length and complexity.

Fruit selected for this wine has been sustainably grown from premium vineyards from across the Wairau and Awatere Valleys, Marlborough New Zealand. Winemaking is kept to a minimum to ensure the varietal and regional characteristics shine through. After the fruit was harvested, juice was extracted and clarified followed by the addition of selected Sauvignon Blanc yeasts to amplify the flavour and aroma. The juice was batch fermented and ferments were stopped when there was a natural sweetness in the wine which balances the classic Marlborough acidity.
