Description
Our Chardonnay does a great job capturing the personality of the Arroyo Seco AVA. The nose delivers yellow apple, citrus, and tropical fruit, with a touch of caramel and toasted vanilla bean. The palate is rich and concentrated with notes of bright fruit, butterscotch and minerals.

Select lots of grapes for this Chardonnay were whole-cluster pressed and slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to enhance the aromatics. A portion of the wine saw French oak (50% new) and underwent malolactic fermentation to add viscosity and complexity.
