Description
Dark ruby-garnet with an almost black core and violet rim brightening; wonderfully typical heart cherry notes on the nose, stewed sour cherries, fresh spicy components give a special kick, wild berry confit, fine floral nuances, currants and a hint of nougat; Juicy, elegant and wonderfully balanced on the palate, roasted cherries, plums, pleasant sweetness on the finish, fine bitter chocolate touch in the aftertaste, subtle salty minerality with fresh herbal spice, tobacco, ripe red berry fruit, present yet soft, supple tannins. A wonderfully typical, harmonious Zweigelt with a soft tannin kick that is more fun with every sip and promises drinking pleasure without rough edges!
