Caserio de Dueñas Rueda 2022

This wine is made using grapes solely and exclusively from our Caserío de Dueñas estate, where our vineyard grants us with the perfect level of ripeness, concentration and balance. A pure reflection of biodiversity and the essence of the estate, it is absolutely irresistible and full of life. A perfumed aroma, a silky texture and a fresh, citric finish.

Mechanically harvested at night, the grapes are then processed very quickly as the winery is found in the very same estate. Light pressing, fermentation instainless steel and ageing on the lees for three months before blending.

The wine was left in tank on its fine lees for three months before bottling.

Color

A very versatile wine, it can be served as a aperitif as well as an accompaniment to main dishes. Ideal with stewed, oven-baked or barbecued fish and seafood, pasta, fresh salads, risottos, rice dishes with fish or mixed meat and seafood (mar y montaña), vegetable terrines, foie gras, soups and soft cheeses. Try more daring matches with stronger flavours such as truffle.
