Description
This wine displays good aromatic intensity, with aromas of green apple and fennel combined with notes of white flowers and citrus. The palate is very nice, fresh, tasty, with a good carbonic sensation and good persistence giving a very long finish.

Vineyard
"The vineyards are located in the DO Cava region, specifically in the Penedès, where the soil is calcareous clay. The vineyards have trays that are harvested with a machine, and there are in a jar and are harvested manually. Wine-growing practices are all respectful of the vineyard and the environment, and they follow a careful plan of plowing, ensolishing, softening, pruning, pruning in green, etc. "

Vinification
The winemaking process consists of a soft press (bladder press), to extract the must. Then it is continuously stirred for 24 hours and longer, and fermentation by grape varieties is carried out. Once fermented, the blend is made. The wine is pressed, clarified and refrigerated, and the second fermentation in the bottle is carried out for about 12 months. Afterwards, it is disgorged and the expedition liquor is added depending on the type of cava.
