Cap de Pera DO Montsant 2023

Red wine with sweet tannins and that in the palate gives off all its fruity expression. It has a medium and pleasant body that envelops the mouth, it also has a balanced acidity that makes it long and very pleasant in the aftertaste.

Maceration in stainless steel tanks for two weeks with daily souvenirs to extract all the colour and aromas of the varieties. Fermentation at 22ºC and subsequent malolactic fermentation.

Not aged in barrels

It can be enjoyed with all types of red meats or grilled, and is also ideal for appetizers with cheese. Serve between 15-18ºC.
