Clean, bright, deep yellow colour with green highlights. Fresh and intense aroma with references to white flowers and very ripe fruit. Complexity marked by a balanced structure and persistence. Luscious, with memories of ripe fruit.

PREPARATION: “Coupage” created by musts subject to a process of “cryo-extraction” for an average period of 6 hours and musts obtained directly from pressed grapes. A static clarification is performed in a tank prior to the alcoholic fermentation in a stainlees steel tank with automatic temperature control. It is stabilized in isothermic tanks and subsequently filtered and bottled.
