Description
In one of our best wine-growing areas, we found a rebellious land where our flagship variety, Malbec, did not grow. But there is an unknown force that makes us move forward, overcoming any crisis. And thanks to our non-stop efforts to beat adversity, the 1st vine from a wine that was not supposed to exist, grew, delivering an unusually concentrated character, full of richness and a bold mouthfeel wine. This is not just a Malbec, it is the story of hostile land turned into victory. Intense and complex with violet, strong spice and dark berries.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested in early April, and all precautions were taken to prevent oxidation. The grapes were gently destemmed to avoid breaking the berries. Fermentation took place with selected yeasts at 26° 28°C to extract 100% of the attributes in the skins, followed by a 15-day post-fermentation maceration.
Maturation
The new wine then spent 12 months in second - and third-use French oak barrels to reach its maximum potential of structure and concentration.
