Unique Organic Malbec 2023

Dona Paula use only estate grown grapes, cultivated at high altitudes where the cooler temperatures allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing complex and intense flavours. Unique is an, un-oaked, organic Malbec, bright with red fruit, cherry and plum, and a backbone of chocolate, coffee, olives and spice.

15-year-old trellised, with traditional irrigation and hand-picked grapes

Wine fermented with native yeasts and aged in concrete vats for 10 months. No oak aging, which accentuates the fruity character of the Malbec.

Is perfect paired with roasted pork and dark meat chicken or turkey. Also works well with creamy mushroom sauces and cheese, especially blue cheese.
