Los Cardos Private Collection Chardonnay 2024

Los Cardos means "The Thistles" in Spanish. Their presence indicates an unmistakable sign of good terroir. Our Chardonnay has intense aromas of tropical fruit and white peach and a long, fresh finish.

The grapes are harvested from the third week of February to the first week of March. A moderate protective destemming and a crushing at room temperature are carried out.

Pressing is soft, and fermentation takes place at low temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, to protect the primary aromas.

Enjoy alone or pair with fish, salads or pasta dishes.
