Mandois Brut Origine
France, Champagne AOC
Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
Description
With its pale yellow hue and rich mousse, this Champagne has aromas of ripe fruits and lime blossom. This Champagne offers remarkable complexity as a result of its three years ageing in the bottle. The palate has rich, appetizing aromas of honey and toasty notes, a sign of its excellent ageing potential.

The continental influence is responsible for favorable sunshine in the summer. The oceanic influence brings water in regular quantities with little annual thermal contrasts. This double influence offers the guarantee of a constant and moderate rainfall favoring an almost ideal water supply and essential to the quality of the grapes (average volume of precipitation = 700mm per year)
