Description
Dame Nellie Melba, the operatic legend from the Yarra Valley, inspired the La Bohème range. Named after one her most famous operas, these are classic bistro wines - ethereal, aromatic, textural, sophisticated and easy to pair with food.
Act IV brings together spicy and textural Syrah with perfumed and crunchy Gamay Noir. The combination creates a vibrant wine with an alluring nose of red and dark fruits, violets and a touch of graphite. The palate is supple and silky with textural, soft flavours of blue fruits, spice, violets and a delicate earthiness.
