2023 was a cool season. Lovely ripening conditions during Autumn, near perfect for Pinot Noir.
Vinification
Fruit destemmed with some whole bunches included. 7-12 days of maceration and fermented at warm temperatures. Pressed, settled for a few days and filled to a mixture of casks and vats for about 6 months.
