The Accomplice Shiraz 2023

Aromas of raspberry and ripe plums, compliment with hints of white pepper and spice. A well rounded and juicy palate with rich fruit flavours of dark cherries and boysenberry.

Excellent rains during winter and early spring allowed for good fruitfulness and healthy vines, with a cooler than usual ripening period allowed the fruit to retain good varietal characteristics.

Fruit is monitored and harvested when the Shiraz is showing ripe berry flavours and plush tannins. The fruit is crushed and then fermented on skins for 5-6 days. Then gently pressed to maintain softness, freshness and maintain the fruitfulness of the wine.
