Cool Mountain Sauvignon Blanc 2022

A refreshingly crisp and fresh wine, with an aromatic vibrant style and concentrated favours of gooseberry, passion fruit and zesty citrus. Flavoursome ripe acidity provides a wine of great balance and harmony

The grapes were selected from premium vineyard blocks in the Coastal region. The vines were grown and managed for a low yield to offer optimum quality. Cold fermentation, stored on fine lees, wine aged in stainless steel tanks at 16°C.
