MG by MontGras Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This wine has a bright ruby colour with ripe blackberries and plums and a hint of fresh of blackcurrant. Balanced and juicy on the palate with round, soft tannins.

Grapes are destemmed for fermenting with selected yeasts at a maximum temperature of 28° - 30° C / 82° - 86° F. Then only 10% of the final blending had oak contact during 6 months, looking for preserving the fruity characters of the variety.
