Lago Vinho Verde Rose

Pale salmon with a slight effervescence, showing bright fresh citrus fruit and a touch of raspberry. Very fresh in the mouth, with a vivid acidity resulting in a very pleasant and versatile wine.

The previously selected grapes were de-stemmed and lightly pressed. The extracted juice is decanted by gravity. It then fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control over two weeks. Before bottling the wine was filtered and stabilized.

Perfect alone as an aperitif or with light and fresh starters. Ideal to match with sushi, pasta, pizza or white meats.
