Ventisquero Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Ventisquero means glacier, paying homage to Chile's icy mountains in Patagonia. Innovative and passionate, Ventisquero strive to create wines reflective of Chile's unique climate and land.

Their Reserva embodies the Soul of the Andes. Inspired by the purity, restraint and perfection of the 'ice at the world's end', this Cabernet Sauvignon is expressive with rich red and black fruit. Delicately integrated with black pepper, caramel and chocolate, this wine is a bold, complex and elegant example.

The grapes underwent a pre-fermentative low-temperature maceration to bring out the maximum colour and aromas. Then the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks.

70% of this wine was aged for 10 months in French oak and then bottle-aged for 3 months.

Best served at around 16°C This wine pairs well with ripe cheese, grilled meat and well-seasoned dishes.
