A deliciously crisp Riesling, cool fermented to obtain elegant floral aromas and mouth-watering appley, ripe fruit flavours. Medium Dry.

Vinification
The grapes are pressed gently and the juice cold fermented with selected yeasts at 16-18°C in stainless stell tanks. No oak.
Maturation

Great with a variety of dishes, but pairs particularly well with Asian food.
