Viticulture
The vineyards sprawl through smooth hills, with an excelent sun exposition and a climate influenced by the soft Atlanctic Ocean breeze. The predominant soil is made of clay and limestone. Density of 4.200 Plants/ha.
Harvest Season: 15th August - end of September
Vinification
Pressing after total destemming. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks with temperature control at 10. º C - 12 º C.
