Fresh and zesty with aromas of yellow pepper as well as exotic influences suggesting guava and passion fruit.

The grapes are pressed gently and the juice cold fermented with selected yeasts at 16-18°C in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation or oak.

Held in stainless steel which is 'neutral' and allows the wine to retain its structure and flavour.

Fruity enough to enjoy without food but also makes a superb partner with a plate of goat's cheese and crusty bread, a platter of sushi or a bowl of Thai chicken curry.
