This elegant dry Pfalz Riesling is characterized by fine spice, minerality and citrus fruit paired with green apples and fresh exotic aromas.

Pfalz Region is one of Germany's driest and sunniest wine regions. The Kalkstein soils on which the vines grow encourage the vines to root deeply giving the wine a distinctive crisp minerality.

The grapes are pressed gently and the juice cold fermented with selected yeasts at 16-18°C in stainless steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation and no oak.
