The La Gioiosa Sparkling White 0% is their contribution to the world of alcohol free, its has exotic fruit salad and citrus fruits notes, and floral aromas in the style of Prosecco. A great drop for those keen to avoid alcohol but still looking for the flavour experience of Prosecco.

Harvest between August and September.

Whole grapes are put into the pneumatic press for soft pressing. The resulting must, after a first racking, is placed into controlled temperature tanks at 0% where it remains until it is used for the production of 0% sparkling. CO2 is added gently to ensure a fine perlage.

Not aged

Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal for a non-alcohol party.
