From organically grown Tempranillo grapes
Vinification
Tempranillo The must from organically grown grapes is clarified before fermentation to reduce colour extraction. It is then fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast and left to rest on its lees, before it is finally clarified with vegetable protein making the wine suitable for vegans.
