Coral de Peñascal Ethical White 2022

Coral is a delicate and elegant white produced in Peñascal's carbon neutral winery from organically grown grapes, beautifully packaged with eco-friendly materials. Fully committed with the environment, Coral supports projects for the conservation and restoration of coral ecosystems.

The must from organically grown grapes is clarified before fermentation to reduce colour extraction. It is then fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast and left to rest on its lees, before it is finally clarified with vegetable protein making the wine suitable for vegans.
