The nose is very intense and fine, clean, fresh and fruity, with green notes, which are mixed with citrus and lime aromas. In the mouth it is tasty and refreshing, with a saline touch that mixes with aromas of grapefruit, fennel, and other aromatic herbs.

The harvest is carried out when the the temperatures are at their lowest, that is to say, at night, when the grapes are at their optimum moment of ripeness. Gentle pressing. Low temperature fermentation.

The wine was left in tank on its fine lees for two months before bottling.

Ideal for any occasion, as an aperitif or to accompany a main meal. Perfect with fish and seafood, white meats, pasta and fresh salads.
