Deep ruby red with bluish highlights, notes of red and black fruits intertwined with light notes of toast from its time spent in oak barrels. Fresh and juicy, light on the palate but with a full-flavoured finish.

Selected, hand-harvested grapes. Transported to the winery in 300 kg boxes. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control. Regular pumping-over. 18 days post-fermentation maceration In barrels of mainly French oak, with a small percentage of high quality American oak, medium toast, of 300 litre capacity. Ageing in barrel: at least 12 months. Six months' bottle ageing.

Grapes harvested manually. Fermentation with controlled temperature. Aged for 12 months in high quality French and American oak barrels. Wine very versatile for its many nuances and its kindness in the mouth.

Color

A very versatile wine due to its varied aromas and flavours and its approachability on the palate. Pairs perfectly with Castilian roasts, ideal for red meats, stews, pulses and all kinds of mature cheeses. Also with risottos and paellas.
