Description
De Bortloli created the Riorret range to let the terroir and vineyard do the talking. Each wine is a single vineyard expression and made to capture the nuances of site, aspect, soil, and climate.
The Abbey Vineyard at Tarrawarra is one of the Yarra Valley's premium vineyard sites. It typically produces brooding dark fruited Pinot Noir with power and charm.
Bright ruby in the glass, the wine is beautifully perfumed and ethereal with aromas of blue fruits, cranberry, sandalwood and violets. The flavours are vibrant, supple, seamless and with lovely tension.
