Vineyard
It is located in the sub-region of Amarante, in the Vinhos Verdes region, approximately 10 minutes from the entrance to the Douro region. This sub-region is characterized by granite soils, with some mixtures of shale, and Atlantic influence, producing wines that are markedly mineral, with high freshness and great gastronomic potential.

Viticulture
We focus on growing the fruit: choosing the optimal ripening point, harvesting and manually selecting the grapes by type of wine and carefully transporting them to the winery.
Vinification
The previously selected grapes were de-stemmed and lightly pressed. The extracted juice is decanted by gravity. It then fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control over two weeks. Before bottling the wine was filtered and stabilized.
Maturation
stainless steel
