Viticulture
Our Primitivo Varietali vineyards are near the town of San Donaci. The vine are trained using the spurred cordon system. The soil is medium textured. Harvest period: 3rd week of August-1st week of September
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and fermented at controlled temperature of 22°/24°C for 8 to 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is induced using selected yeast.
