Description
Intense and bright garnet red colour. This wine is complex and delicate with a first wave of notes of ripe and dried fruit, such as prunes, figs and raisins over a background of delicate aromas of French oak, including menthol and cinnamon. Smooth-textured and sweet in flavour, it is well balanced with delicate acidity and a flavourful finish.

Vinification
The grapes that went into this magnificent wine were harvested from our oldest vineyards after careful checks on their ripeness. The picking was carried out using small crates so as not to damage the fruit and upon arrival at the winery they underwent cold pre-maceration prior to the traditional production process in stainless steel tanks. After long maceration, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it remained for 22 months. Finally, after a period of bottle conditioning of at least 12 months, this Reserva is ready to be enjoyed.
Maturation
After spending time in stainless steel tanks, the wine is barrelled in French oak for 22 months. The wine is then bottled for at least 12 months and ready to be sold and enjoyed.
