Born Rose 503 2020

A powerful but elegant wine, refreshing and aromatic at the same time. 503 is gastronomic and versatile that will exceptionally pair with many special moments. High aromatic intensity and complexity where the aromas of red fruit and stone fruit with tropical hints predominate on a floral background of white flower and refreshing spicy notes, menthol and aniseed.

Black Grenache variety, selected from the Terra Alta (south of Catalonia), where it is able to adapt and express all its natural potential and character.

All the grapes come from selected and organic vineyards. It works with cold film maceration to extract aromas and color, gently pressing for a maximum of 50% yield. The must ferments at a controlled temperature and partially in barrels, which allows us to enhance the essence of the variety and give complexity to the aromatic expression.

503 blends perfectly from a nice assortment of cold cuts and cheeses to a wide variety of pastas and rice dishes. Also, very nice with stewed fish (fish suquets, sautéed) and for white meats, not overly spicy. Fantastic pairing as well with Asian cuisine like sushi.
