Born Rose Rambla organic

Fresh wine with a fruity aroma, where the notes of white and citrus pulp sit over a layer of fleshy red fruits. Dry and fresh, with a good acidity, melts very delicately good long and persistent mouthfeel.

To create this wine, we have used different varieties of red grapes where Garnacha Negra predominates, a variety that adapts perfectly to the Mediterranean climate due to its freshness and acidity and thus provides balance and character.

All the grapes come from selected and organic vineyards. It works with cold film maceration to extract aromas and color, gently pressing for a maximum yield of 50%. The must ferments at a controlled temperature, which allows us to preserve the essence of the varieties and the aromatic expression to the maximum.

It combines perfectly with all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine such as salads, grilled vegetables, oily fish and seafood. Ideal for an aperitif. Great companion for tapas or sushi.
