Our rosé wine shows the fresh and lively character, essence of the Mediterranean. An elegant, refreshing, aromatic and versatile wine that will pair exceptionally with many special moments for you.

Pale rose petal color with bluish reflections. It is a expressive wine, with high aromatic intensity where the memories of citrus (grapefruit and orange) and tropical (passion fruit and mango) stand out on a floral background of white flower (orange and magnolia) and refreshing mentholated and aniseed notes. Pleasant and sweet entry with a sweet and balanced mouthfeel.

To create this wine, we have used different varieties of red grapes where Grenache Noir predominates, an ideal variety to provide balance and character.

All the grapes come from selected and organic vineyards. It works with cold film maceration to extract aromas and color, gently pressing for a maximum of 50% yield. The must ferments at a controlled temperature, which allows us to preserve the essence of the varieties and the aromatic expression as much as possible.

Combines perfect with all kinds of Mediterranean cuisine such as salads, grilled vegetables, blue fish and seafood. Ideal for aperitif moment. Great companion of tapas or sushi.
