Vineyard
100% Piquepoul, this Languedoc grape is elegant, you will discover its rich bouquet in our Cuvee «Féline».
Soil : Named « Félines » this parcel from the P.D.O. Picpoul de Pinet, the closest to the Thau Lagoon offers exceptional grapes. This is a gentle small slope plain, nearby a bird sanctuary. The soil is limestone and clay.
Climate : In this designation of origin where the Mediterranean climate is more marked than anywhere in Languedoc for the summer drought, Piquepoul found its place to express itself deliciously. Cool marine breezes after the 15th of august and freshness of night mists are perfect to obtain optimal maturities!

With Alexandre Freguin, best sommelier in the United Kingdom 2018 and judge at Decanter "A GASTRONOMIC WINE Ah this obvious maturity as soon as you place your nose above the glass, a register greedy and generous. We want volume, weight and texture! Here there is no question of to contrast the wine and the plate but rather to push the sliders to their maximum. So let's imagine a goat's cheese matured for a little over three weeks next to which we would serve flower honey infused with white pepper. All this combined with a fougasse with anise seeds just warm. A southern, sunny and spicy identity is revealed!"
